Our safari programs are detailed to give you a clear idea of your African wildlife adventure. However, while we make every effort to stick to schedules, certain conditions such as seasonal rainfall, animal migrations, or hotel and lodge availability may require changes to routes and camps during your safari.
We are not responsible or liable for any changes in transportation, accommodation, or other services, or for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property caused by delays or other factors beyond our control.
Contract Variations
The rates mentioned in your Tanzania safari package are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to maintain the original rates, changes such as government taxes may lead to price adjustments. We reserve the right to pass on any such increases.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable via international bank transfer. Once your deposit is received, we will secure your accommodation and make the necessary pre-payments. The remaining balance is due upon arrival, before starting your safari.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations from the client’s side are possible at any time before the journey starts. We reserve the right to request compensation based on the following scale:
- Cancellation more than 65 days before the journey: 20% of the total cost per person will be charged.
- Cancellation between 64 and 30 days before the journey: 50% of the total cost per person will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 29 days before the journey: 100% of the total cost per person will be charged.
